In México, a dead body in the street isn't complete if a tea light hasn't appeared close to it.
This looks like it just happened - there are still detectives on the crime scene. The candles will be placed soon...
Tea lights ALWAYS arrive before detectives in México. I can't imagine why.
Wow. Remorseful killers? Or perhaps when a man is marked to die, people are just waiting for it to happen. Either way, it is very interesting.
