  1. I couldn't say... it sure might be. This was a stand-alone photo I had with no other info...

  2. Ok, detective time. I found the picture on Tineye with a French Total Oil slogan superimposed. That doesn't look like a Total Oil logo, but the image could definitely be French. Look at the styling of the overhead lighting in the background above the rear pump - very French. Also, that could be an Ionis bicycle shop in the background.

So, a French car? Renault or Peugeot?

  3. You are quite the detective Dan !

I know for sure this is from a European magazine. The friend who sent it to me is Italian however, there's a good possibility that it is French. (Ionis bike shop - could be a dead giveaway !)

I'd wager a bet that the car was a Renault.

  4. Haven't been able to match any Renaults, I think maybe a Peugeot - but that center door pillar is giving me doubts. Italian, huh?

  5. We are narrowing it down. The center door resembles a VW (the trunk does not) but I'm not that educated in European automotive models...

I should send an email to my friend and see if she has any further info. That might work !
