    OK, WATER CLOWNS = NO! NO! NO!
    There are colorful people falling from the sky. Maybe from other balloons.
    Water Shoes? Water Bikes?
    Random Parachutists.
    Pretty much total chaos.
    And I am going to guess that water is nasty as well. What no giant trained marine mammals?
