That's no Dick; it's Basil R! Always the impeccable dresser, in some very nice, I am guessing Universal Studios, art direction. Could this be a publicity shot for Sherlock Holmes in The Spider Woman? (whole new meaning for that title)
I had to do some research. Universal Studios - YES, terrific art direction, but it's Otto Kruger in Dracula's Daughter - 1936. Holmes or not, I'D still like to bone The Spider Woman !
Hahahaha!
ReplyDeleteToo bad he wasn't tangled in it... Dick IN a web sounds better.
