    The yellow streaked Rootie keeps a watchful eye on his pals Speedy Alka-Seltzer and Mr. P. Nutt as they enter the dark scary cave to explore it's mysteries and secrets.
    I never heard of Rootie Kazootie before. It was before even my ancient time. I am betting he was super annoying.

    I just remember seeing him in Children's Books - never a cartoon that I can remember. He does look annoying.
