    I was trying to figure this out and then DUH!
    Although the food stylists had prepared over 200 hero slices. Ricardo was unable to find a single one that contained both the necessary amount of Choc. Ganache Identity and Graham Crust Integrity to bring his artistic vision to the small screen. They were just going to have to start over.

    "Hero slices" - ahhhh, brings me back to the commercial tabletop days.

    When I first saw the photo it reminded me of a music video I worked on. "Tomorrow People" by Ziggy Marley.
    Ziggy, his family and entourage were 'delayed" at customs and the shoot was pushed back a week.
    At one point I went into the dressing rooms to get him and saw a chunk of hash that was nearly the size of a slice of chocolate cake.
    Apparently, they didn't check his luggage thoroughly.
