    Seen this too. Basically there is no "Monster" The best part is the VFX stuff reused from an old German silent flick. But the 2 protagonists work for "The Radio Squad" of the O.S.I The Office of Scientific Investigation.
    Like the FBI of Science! They carry Geiger Counters not Guns and use "the Deltatron"

    I saw this one too but I was very young and remember being upset that there was no monster... "what a rip-off !"

    I'll have to watch it again to gain a better appreciation of how they pieced things together.

    *FBI of Science is a cool concept.
