WTF? I am guessing that is Lee Greenway the make-up man, but I don't have any idea what he looks like. The only reason off hand I can think off for having a Lil' Thing would be for some shot where they could not get far enough away(on stage)and had to go for a scaled gag. This was done in "Night of the Hunter" with a midget on a pony subbing for R. Mitchum on a horse in the distance and in silhouette. I can't think where it wold be in TFAW unless it's in the fighting the dogs in the snow scenes?

ReplyDeleteInteresting and using a midget on stage for a long shot makes sense.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know they used that trick in "Night of the Hunter."
I think you're right, the dog fight scene with the Thing in the snow. I'm going to have to watch it again and figure it out.
Ok so thats not Mini-Me then?
ReplyDeleteNope - just a midget "Thing" From Another World.
