    Black Scorpion? Some Mexican flick? Friend of the Deadly Mantis, Tarantula or the Monster from Green Hell? Others on-line have described this exact scene but no one knows what it's from
    What is this from?

    Good thing they are not driving a ragtop.

    I'm still doing research - at first I thought it was The Beginning Of The End with Peter Graves.
    I saw that film as a kid - when I looked up the film, they dissed it as having horrible special-effects. This bug looks pretty cool so now I'm back to square one...

    I do feel a bit better that I'm not the only one perplexed as to what this is.

    Your guess about it being a Mexican monster movie may be on the right track.
