    Ok first I thought it was "Psychomania" a flick that used to be on very late night TV constantly in a time before cheap infomercials ruined that time-slot; but in that trash they just come back from the dead, not skull faced. Then I thought Cocteau "Orpheus"? But naw. Then I recalled "Tales From the Crypt" from the '70's this non-flaming Ghostrider scares the bejesus out of the dude in the Jensen Interceptor 3 and he dies, but is brought back to life only full of embalming fluid. Bummer man. Why would skull dude wear a helmet?

    HA - yes, skull dude has no use for a helmet unless he's worried ab out getting a ticket - doubt it.
